I haven't really heard of EFT exercises before. When I saw this book, I got curious as I badly need to de-stress. I liked that the book explains that EFT exercises are, the history, the principles and how it works. The techiniques that are in the book are really helpful and effective. After doing a couple of exercises, I can feel the changes, I feel lighter and less stressed. A really great book for beginners.
