Accepting reality is one thing and certainly advisable but this is really off the deep end. Jumble of quotes that I can't seem to connect with - some appear profound but most are confusing or ridiculous. All is good to her - genocide, torture, environmental destruction, cancer, death of your loved ones - it may be reality but that does not make it "good." One of the worst "self help" books that I have ever purchased. The book started off with a great concept using the four questions but did not follow through in the word play quotes that followed. Hurtful beliefs may be verbally stated but are powered and rendered effective for us by the underlying feelings that power them. The book "Question Your Thinking..." addresses word play but does not address the underlying feelings. We can change our thoughts but if we don't address or change the feeling we empower them with, no change will ever occur. This book was a big disappointment.
